About the CEO, Carlita Rose
Welcome. I am Carlita Rose, Director of Integrity Support Coordination. I have worked across the community and disability sector since 2014.
Over the years, I’ve worked alongside people with disability, families, support workers, providers, allied health professionals and other services, supporting people through everything from everyday plan implementation to highly complex situations involving housing, health, safeguarding, psychosocial disability and multiple service systems.
I started Integrity Support Coordination because I wanted to provide Support Coordination in the way I believe it should be delivered — with integrity, honesty, accountability and genuine human connection.
Too often, people navigating the NDIS are left trying to make sense of complicated systems, changing information, funding pressures and services that don’t always communicate with one another. Families can become exhausted advocating, participants can feel unheard, and sometimes the focus shifts towards processes rather than the person those processes are supposed to support.
I wanted to create something different. For me, Support Coordination is not simply sending referrals or connecting someone with a list of providers. It is about understanding the whole person, recognising what is happening around them, identifying barriers, bringing the right people together and helping turn an NDIS plan into meaningful support in everyday life. I believe good Support Coordination should involve asking questions, following things through, communicating openly and being prepared to advocate when something isn’t working.

My goal is for participants and the people around them to better understand their options, feel confident making decisions and have a strong team around them that works collaboratively.
The name Integrity was chosen deliberately. Integrity means doing what you say you will do. It means being transparent when something isn’t working, owning mistakes, having difficult conversations when they are needed and keeping the participant’s goals, rights, safety and quality of life at the centre of decision-making.
I’m particularly passionate about working with people whose situations don’t fit neatly into a box — where disability intersects with mental health, housing, family circumstances, health services, justice, education or other complex systems. These are often the situations where strong coordination, evidence, communication and advocacy matter most.
I also believe strongly in collaboration. Participants achieve better outcomes when Support Coordinators, providers, clinicians, families and community organisations stop operating in isolation and start working together.
That belief sits at the heart of Integrity Support Coordination. I didn’t start Integrity simply to create another NDIS business. I started it to create the kind of service I would want someone I cared about to receive: responsive, knowledgeable, transparent, practical and genuinely invested in getting things right.
